Shipping & Delivery

• Items are packed up and dispatched within 3-4 days of your order being placed. Commissions depend on current availability and the piece requested. Please contact me for details.

• All small orders (cards, bookmarks etc.) are sent first class (signed for) within the UK or by International Standard mail to the rest of the world. Standard delivery times are currently 2-4 working days to the UK, 1-2 weeks within Europe and 3-4 weeks everywhere else. These are not sent with tracking as standard. If you would like this option please email me before you place you order.

• Paintings and commissions are sent tracked and signed. Delivery times for these are currently 2 working days to within the UK, 3-5 working days within Europe and 6-7 working days everywhere else.

• If for any reason there is a delay with the dispatch of your item, you will be contacted within 2 days of your order being placed.

International Orders

• A Splash of Joy Art is based in the UK, import tax and duty may apply to some international orders. The customer is responsible for the payment of these charges.
